Dan Fegel is a senior safety and risk management leader with more than 28 years of experience helping organizations reduce injuries, control losses, and manage operational risk across construction, infrastructure, technology, and public sector environments.
He is known for translating safety performance into clear business risk language for executives, insurers, and project leaders. Dan brings deep expertise in claims management, incident investigation, regulatory compliance, crisis response, and high-hazard operations, including large-scale construction and critical infrastructure projects.
A former OSHA/UOSH Compliance Officer, he has hands-on experience investigating serious injuries and fatalities and is a trusted advisor to leadership teams across the United States and internationally.
