Erik Groeneveld leads a team of safety professionals responsible for delivering Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) support across some of the industry’s largest construction and infrastructure projects. He oversees safety operations for GigaTexas, including automotive tool installation, data center, and heavy construction initiatives, as well as the Gulf Coast Lithium Refinery and the Mega Factory 3 project.
With expertise in large-scale project safety management, Erik provides strategic leadership that ensures comprehensive safety support for new infrastructure developments and ongoing construction activities. His focus on proactive planning, operational excellence, and continuous improvement helps align safety programs with evolving project goals while fostering a strong culture of safety across complex, high-impact environments.
