Mike Tackett is Vice President of ESH & Risk at Triple Point MEP, where he leads safety, environmental, and risk strategy across multiple affiliated companies, including Polk Mechanical, TP Mechanical, Atlantic Contractors, and TempCon. He supports one of the nation’s top mechanical contractors, overseeing operations contributing to more than $1.5 billion in revenue and over 10 million work hours with industry-leading safety performance.
Mike focuses on integrating employee protection with production efficiency, ensuring that strong safety performance supports operational excellence. He is known for driving scalable safety systems, strengthening risk management practices, and fostering a culture where safety and productivity work hand in hand to deliver consistent, high-quality project outcomes.

- Verifying mechanical testing readiness to ensure pressure testing, flushing, leak checks and system start-up activities are planned before execution
