Improving Mechanical Testing Readiness to Reduce Risk During Commissioning
- Verifying mechanical testing readiness to ensure pressure testing, flushing, leak checks and system start-up activities are planned before execution
- Coordinating MEP, commissioning and EHS teams to reduce interface risk during testing of cooling, piping, air handling and mechanical systems
- Strengthening field controls during mechanical testing to prevent leaks, stored energy releases, access issues and unsafe workarounds before commissioning begins
